Start Date - You can begin the first course in series as soon as we receive full payment.

Duration  - 85 hours - You can complete this certificate program in less than a month (85 hours).  However, we recognize that you may be juggling a career and family so we give you up to six months (183 calendar days) from the date you register to complete all the courses in series.  If you need an extension to finish this program, you can purchase an additional week for 1/4 the list price of the courses that remain.

Course Material -  While you are completing the first two courses in series, we will send a copy of the PMBOK® Guide as well as the Cheetah CAPM Exam Prep® study kit which includes a backpack containing the Rapid Synthesis Workbook, mind map cards, and several other items. All other material to complete the courses in this certificate program are delivered online.

Accreditation - PMI® R.E.P., IACET

Guaranteed - Learn and demonstrate competency with the fundamentals of project management and prepare then pass the CAPM® exam on the first attempt within one week of completing the CAPM Exam Prep online courses or we cover the PMI Member cost of $150.00 USD to retake the exam up to two times.  This guarantee is valid only for students who have completed the entire CAPM pre-course within one week of starting and CAPM Exam Prep Course within three weeks of starting and have met the requirements as outlined in the in the program details below.

Candidates in the Cheetah PM Fundamentals Certificate program earn the Project Management Institute’s Certified Associate in Project Management credential (CAPM) and develop the skills to competently and confidently  lead projects of increasing complexity for their organizations, clients, and volunteer projects.

Course Details

• These courses include self-assessments that guide the development of your Project Management strengths.

• You can do the entire program in as few as six weeks, but we give you six months to complete the course work if needed.  Courses are from a week to one month in duration.   

• In order to get the full credit for each course, you will have to complete all the activities to the satisfactory completion of your instructor. 

• To start Phase 2, Part 2 - the CAPM® Exam Prep 3-week online course, you must complete Phase 2, Part 1 the pre-course work in one week which includes applying for PMI's CAPM exam.  Upon acceptance, you are required to schedule your exam three weeks out so that you take the exam as soon as you complete the CAPM Exam Prep 3-Week Online Course.  This means you have to receive your eligibility letter from PMI and schedule your exam before you can start your CAPM Exam Prep 3-Week Online Course.

• Our guarantee that you will pass the CAPM exam is valid only if you; Complete the Pre-Course work in one week after starting, Have your PMI eligibility letter to sit for the exam, Schedule your exam within one week of completing the 3-week Exam Prep Online Course and Complete all the activities in the CAPM Exam Prep 3-Week Online course in three weeks.  We do this because our approach significantly improves people's ability to become CAPM certified.  

• If you do not pass the CAPM exam, your online coach will create a personalized coaching program to help you shore up your weak areas and will guide you through the process of rescheduling your exam.  You must take the second exam within 30 days of the first exam.  If you need to test for a 3rd time, you must take the test within 30 days of the second exam.  We cover the PMI Member cost of $150.00 to retake the exam up to two times.  

• In Phase 2 of this program, we tell you what to study and how to study, you determine what 10+ hours over the course of each week you will study.  It is up to you to make sure you are following the correct diet, exercise and lifestyle guidelines and that you complete all the course work for each week to be adequately prepared to pass the exam.  The diet, exercise and lifestyle guidelines are the ones currently recommended by most health care providers to reduce many lifestyle induced chronic health problems.  They are simple to follow and most people can easily adapt their lifestyle for three weeks to get their mind in peak performance.  Most people report feeling better than they have in years after going through our program so it has the added benefit of getting you in better shape physically as well.  If you have any concerns about your abilities to do the simple diet, exercise and lifestyle recommendations, please contact us to get more information and bring our recommendations to discuss with your health care provider.

• We do not extend the time to complete the CAPM Exam Prep course work unless the students application is selected for audit by PMI® or there is a death in the immediate family, as verified by a valid death certificate. 

  • If their application is selected for audit, we let the student wait to start the 3-week Exam Prep Online Course until they have their eligibility number.

  • If there is a death in their immediate family, as verified by a valid death certificate, we will let the student stop studying for a period up to three weeks.

  • The online course is set up so people can easily fit the 10 to 12 hours of course work per week into even the busiest of schedules.  This is not a course for people who are on the fence with pursuing their CAPM® credential.

  • This is a very effective way to prepare for the extremely difficult CAPM® certification exam.  We follow this rather unconventional formula because IT WORKS, FAST.
